Open Mic Night Sunshine Coast This week I am happy to present a new event that I hope will become a regular happening locally....Keep Calm and Take the Stage !! This is an opportunity for students, and emerging singers to step out and perform in front of an audience, in a friendly and supportive environment. It's great to have a performance goal to work towards when you are learning to sing and play...as in most cases that's why we do it...to get out there and have the buzz of performing. It doesn't matter what level of experience you have, we are all a work in progress when it comes to singing and playing...there is always more to learn and room for evolving and discovering new repertoire, new songs, new ways of performing older repertoire, and new genres.
